1. How long have you been working at Sociprime?
I have been part of the Sociprime team for 4 years. I joined on March 07, 2017, directly for the Samsung project.
2. What advantages does BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) bring to Sociprime?
It is very important because it is a guarantee of quality. Companies have long seen the outsourcing alternative as a facilitator for their development, because it allows them to manage growth with flexibility and because it is a solution that optimizes their fixed costs. However, sharing control of your business with a third party is not at all easy, because it carries risks at various levels, both organizational and operational. It is a complex process, technically very demanding, which requires management experience and knowledge of the business and the market where it operates. BPO emerges as an answer to this problem, because it doesn't just execute, but instead offers an integrated management solution with visibility and process sharing. It abandons the simple concept of "service provision" and takes responsibility for solutions and results, allowing the contracting company a division between strategic management and operational management, without losing control or identity, and this is very important.
3. What are the key criteria for choosing a BPO company?
As I mentioned, BPO is a guarantee of quality, so the criteria to be chosen are the evaluation of the company's execution competencies. The visibility of the project portfolio is a decisive factor. Whoever looks for a BPO partner evaluates the complexity of the ongoing projects, the efficiency with which it executes them, and what guarantees it offers. I'm talking about management analysis, reporting, decision-making ability, the variety of the offer, and of course the price. But none of this is possible if there are no teams with know-how, motivated and with technical execution capacity. In short, it's important to show what we do, how we do it and what know how we have.
4. What future challenges do you foresee in your sector?
I am a convinced positivist. I have been living and following the consumer electronics market for more than 20 years, the trend has always been growth and I believe it will continue to be so, although it is increasingly competitive. In our area of activity, the secret to staying in business is the ability to reinvent ourselves every day, because without it, it is impossible to keep up with the pace of evolution. The quality of leadership and teams are the challenges we have to overcome every day.
