Bel reinforced its portfolio with the acquisition of Nurishh, a brand of products 100% of vegetable origin that aims at the flexitarian consumer.
These slices, in the Original and Cheddar variants, are designed for breakfast or a snack in the middle of the day. They are certified with V-Label, being vegetarian, vegan and lactose and gluten free.
Nurishh is already available in hyper and supermarkets in 160g format. «The profile of consumers of products of plant origin has changed, becoming more comprehensive. If a few years ago they were products consumed by followers of niche diets, now we are witnessing an expansion, being increasingly consumed by those looking for a more balanced and flexible diet, the Flexitarians. In fact, what used to be a niche market is now a trend! Thus, we are increasingly assisting a consumer who consumes both plant-based products and traditional dairy products.
